The hotel is located in a secluded area, surrounded by a vast forest, which provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It is only a short drive away from Walibi amusement park, making it a convenient choice for families wanting to enjoy some thrilling rides and entertainment. there is a small market nearby, ensuring that guests have easy access to essential items.

The rooms are in need of a renovation, with old and worn-out furniture.

The room was very noisy as I could hear everything in the ajoining room. I felt someone should have helped me with my luggage and there was not a proper room service for food as stated on your website.

Conveniently close to Walibi Belgium, so much fun there! The free WiFi worked like a charm. Getting here from Zaventem airport was a breeze, just around 19 miles away. 🎢

The nearby restaurant, Saint Jean des Bois, was as close as 200 feet from the hotel. Buffet breakfast and fantastic prices. Own balcony was a bonus...

Walking in the forest. Play tennis, Swim in the pool. Go by car to the Ardennes resp to the sea. Train to Brussels. Hade excelelnt food at your restaurant and at two restaurants in Wavre.

You should change to new fresh floors in the rooms and new better beds.

The rooms and the staff are good You really could not call it a chateau

The only retaurant is far too expensive and the swimming pool is a joke.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, nestled in a beautiful wooded area just 25 km from Brussels city center, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were exceptional, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. The flat-screen TV and free toiletries added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.

We would highly recommend this place to all.

We loved the hotel's serene location in a beautiful, green, car-quiet area, surrounded by nature. The captivating sights and sounds of birds and frogs just outside on the terrace added to the peaceful ambiance. The staff was incredibly helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our deluxe room was not only tastefully decorated but also very comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the spa and dining room, were easily accessible from our room.

For us, this hotel was ideal.

The New Year’s at this charming estate was delightful! The rooms were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. The indoor pool and tennis court were perfect for staying active, and the garden scenery was very relaxing. The key location close to both an amusement park and historical sights made for fantastic day trips. The staff was very hospitable, with great communication and helpful tips.

The breakfast at the restaurant didn’t quite hit the mark, and a few updates could be made to the room decor. However, the value was fair for the price paid and the lovely surroundings.

Nothing! It should be sold, refurbished and have new management and more staff and more professional. It is only the name of the hotel that sounds good and probably gets American clients as they love Chateauxs, but they should've ware as it is not a castle. It is more of an old house falling to ruin!!!

I don't know where to start from the rooms needing refurbishment, carpet old and filthy, to furniture from a thrift shop, to having a t.v with few channels and not clear at that. The Wifi did not work at all. Staff apologised and told me they have no one to fix it as they are under staffed and the hotel is going bankrupt. The pool is not clean and you have to pay 5 euro for towels and a bathrobe to bathe in it. You are told you must leave the towels at the pool area. So you are expected to change into your clothes without access to drying your hair. The elevator looks like it is not maintained and I am afraid to get stuck. You are warned they will charge you if you are not out by 12. They make extra money off you wherever they can.

Enjoyed a weekend break here and was pleasantly surprised with the spacious rooms and well-maintained common spaces. the hotel's setting was also beautiful and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the gym was well-equipped and the jogging route was a nice touch. the restaurant food was delicious and the wine list extensive.

Some parts of the hotel felt dated and the WiFi was unreliable. the interior was also not as luxurious as expected.
